The Programme comprises of a number of seamless, progressive training modules that introduce the basic principles of sound business management in a simple, highly interactive practical way aimed at making small businesses more viab le, e nabling them to grow. The Programme in Jordan developed three main training packages after adapting them to the Jordania n context and is currently in the process of developing a fourth package entitled Expand Your Business (EYB). To date the SIYB training materials comprise of a total of 20 manuals and 14 workbooks offered in the following main training packages:

__- Improve Your Business (IYB)

The program also offers post-training interventions for non-financial support following the group-based/classroom setting, individual counseling and business clinic approaches aimed at enhancing the sustainability and growth potential of the target beneficiaries i.e. entrepreneurs.
